Dance Week Ended July 7th.

This blog still the lowest in hits, but it is only natural. Few people have ever seen a blog with a schedule of the attractions in the coming week. And the recommend venues only. I have never done it before so I don't know really know what I am doing. I will be playing it by ear and the feedback may help. Our readers have their favorite places and perhaps they will be the ones willing to share their bits of precious information with our fellow dancers. Just email the info and I will post it. Patience, it should take a couple more months to get rolling.

Good eating, good drinking, good friends but not the information we need. Much of it is obsolete, too old. Nice dance in there with photos. June of 2016. Fine for those that are interested. I try to be update.

"Social dancers know that we show courtesy to others, not because
they are gentle people, but because we are."

There are six blogs in existence at this moment and each one has a slightly different purpose. Each one has an Email address to make better contact. Anyone is welcomed in this social media on Oahu. Comments do not work anymore. So it is easier to just email whatever and you can choose the blog of your choice. A name except that Anonymous or Unknown will not be accepted. You may use a pen name if you wish. We are not Twitter or Facebook and not likely to reach Nigeria. But we are beginning to communicate, over 30 thousand dancers on the Island of Oahu. Facebook gets 50 million photos daily. Somebody missed yours?

Dance Week June 9th.

This will be the first blog since we got side tracked. And I have had little help but I hope the reader/dancers wil get their functions announced. It is something new and has never been done in a blog in Hawaii, but most people will know what has to be done. So as far as I am concerned it is a new beginning for the entire blogosphere. The links remain important but not as important as the information and photo contributors. They are the real meat and potatoes of social media and the reader/dancers must be willing to share. And of course, we must accept those that cannot share.

“Social dancers know that as we get more experience we learn to dance more softly."
